How does buying work?+

Choose an available plan, create an account or sign in, and review the price and terms in App before checkout. A walkthrough is optional. After payment is verified, App guides you through workspace setup.

What does each allowance cover?+

Credits, active workspaces, seats and research storage are shared across the billing organization. Competitor allowances explicitly say whether they apply to each client workspace or the whole organization. Research uses decimal MB: 1 MB is 1,000,000 bytes. Separate per-file and processing limits still apply.

Are integrations available on every plan?+

All integration types are available across tiers. The published plan lists its capacity and whether MCP access is included. AI-powered work uses the plan's credit allowance.

Can I pay annually?+

This page currently offers monthly plans. Annual options will be listed when available. No annual price or discount is included in the monthly offer.

What happens to an existing subscription?+

Your existing subscription, agreed discounts and purchased add-ons remain governed by your account's terms. The published plans do not automatically change an existing account. Review your subscription and effective allowances in App billing.

What are the cancellation and refund terms?+

Review the applicable terms in App before checkout. Existing customers should use the terms accepted for their subscription. A public plan listing does not replace those terms.
